The aim of Project Controls is to provide clarity and direction to projects of all sizes, yet we have seen first-hand that poorly executed Project Controls can result in quite the opposite effect. Whether it be the wrong solution to a problem, a lack of formal tools and techniques or disjointed teams pulling in different directions, LM has been created to address each of these issues, and more.

Integration of bespoke project controls solutions to suit complex projects is paramount, experience on projects and lessons learnt aren’t always carried forward as required. As such the skills gaps remains apparent within the industry and needs fulfilment to deliver resource, cost and time savings as well as emotional gains.

With wealth of experience on a range of projects across varying disciplines, LM come to the table with our ears towards your problems first and then start the implementation and delivery of our inhouse process of Wise-Dome, which we have coined as an industry ground breaking process for problem solving the most complex project delivery issues, whilst incorporating the clients team along the process for future integration.
